CHEF- FULLTIME We are Hiring! Pholklore is looking for an experienced FULLTIME Chef to join our team at 82 Mountjoy Parade Lorne, Victoria Roles and Responsibilities · Design new menus with the restaurant manager, manage all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking and clean up · Manage, motivate, lead and develop the Kitchen team · Delegate the tasks to the kitchen staff and inform the wait staff on Todays specials and Chefs specials.
