Salary Range – $75,000 - $80,000 Business Location – West Launceston TAS 7250 Responsibilities Inspect ingredients and food to ensure quality. Monitor and control oven, grill, and cooking equipment temperatures. Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements. Season dishes appropriately during cooking. Portion and plate meals with sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
